Our sales person will set up a meeting to discuss the project's scope.  Our trained sales professionals thoroughly document the job in a detailed quote.  From the smallest repair to the grandest room addition the details of the quote are prepared up front for the customer, as well as time line estimates.

Once an agreement is established, East Company will engage an installation manager to oversee the job on a daily basis.  We appreciate that you have invited us into your home and are respectful of your space for the duration of the project.  Our installation manager will ensure that the right workers and materials are available at precisely the right time... to keep the job on track and of high quality.  

Nobody likes surprises during a construction project and at East Company, our goal is to keep the unexpected to a minimum.  We do this with detailed quote processes and through written change orders.  Typically a change order is initiated when the customer determines that they want to do something different than originally planned.  On occasion a change order will arise at the point of demolition, for example if there is unforeseen structural damage.  If a change order is going to occur, the sales associate and installation manager will work together with the customer to ensure that the process is handled openly and up front to avoid unexpected cost overruns.
